                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE 6200
                   BLOCK OF PERIMETER DRIVE, BEING ON THE
                   SOUTHEAST LINE OF PERIMETER DRIVE SOUTHEAST OF
                   LEE HIGHWAY FROM C-2 CONVENIENCE COMMERCIAL
                   ZONE TO M-2 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, SUBJECT TO
                   CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located in the 6200 block of
                Perimeter Drive, being on the southeast line of
                Perimeter Drive southeast of Lee Highway.
               
                Lot 4 Revised, Perimeter Park Subdivision,
                Corrective Plat of Perimeter Park Subdivision and
                Perimeter Place Subdivision, Being a Revision of
                Lot 1, Perimeter Place Subdivision, Plat Book 40,
                Page 9, and Lot 4, Perimeter Park Subdivision, Plat
                Book 32, Page 88, and Plat Book 47, Page 301,
                R.O.H.C., as shown by plat of record in plat book
                47, page 323, R.O.H.C., being part of record in
                plat book 47, page 323, R.O.H.C., being part of the
                property described in deed book 3695, page 727,
                R.O.H.C.  Tax Map No. 1480-C-4.6.
               
         from C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone to M-2 Light Industrial 
Zone.
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 

         shall be subject to the following conditions:
        
              1.   Leaving all trees in the 25 foot required yard.
        
              2.   All existing easements are retained.
        
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the 
public
         welfare requiring it.
